Delivery Time
Orders ship from Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail or phone.
Shipping options
All shipping is with tracking. All goods are being shipped internationally with Fed EX economy as standard. We offer to ship with fed ex priority, but this must be selected on check out.
National orders in Norway are being shipped with Bring.
If you live within the city border of OSlo, Norway, you can choose shipping option same day home delivery. This is only workable for orders placed before 3:00pmc the same day. If order is placed after 3:00 pm it will be shipped early next work day. Ony valid on busines days, not weekends. Same day messenger delivery is handeled by Oslo Budbil Service.
All orders bare being shipped from Oslo, Norway.
Price
The prices of our products are quoted in NOK(Norwegian Kroner) and exclude shipping costs.
Orders shipped to countries outside Norway may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government. The buyer must cover this and make all necessary payments to the relevant authorities and customs in the country concerned.
Return policy
Returns
Avenue guarantees return on all products purchased from our Online Store for 45 days from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it, and exchange it for any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
• Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
• Items purchased from the Avenue Online Shop cannot be returned at any retail location. Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.

Refunds
• You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes.
• The original shipping charge is not refunded.
• International buyers are responsible responsible for the return of shipping costs. For National buyers Avenue will cover return costs free of charge.
• Exchanges are processed as a new order. Your original payment will be refunded, and then charged for the replacement.
